90 foods will be tested for, plus a variety of gut supporting and healing supplements. To feedback which foods to avoid and which to reduce, for specific periods of time. And to establish which foods are neutral or healing and to continue enjoying. In addition, to establish which gut supporting nutrients and supplements show as being beneficial to the client and would support their gut and overall health.
